The financial condition of each person is unique, and therefore each counseling session is customized to meet each consumer's individual needs. A full credit and budget counseling session usually lasts up to 60 minutes. Even if you can only spare a few minutes, it is worth the call!

Nope, not at all! Credit counseling sessions have no charge or obligation. If you want to start a debt management plan, the expense of running the program will likely include a onetime set-up charge and a small monthly fee.

Confidentiality is one of the most important aspects of our counseling services. Your involvement in a counseling session shall not be revealed or shared with anyone unless you have confirmed or decided otherwise. We do not report to agencies for credit reporting. If you choose to set up a Debt Management Plan (DMP), your counselor will ask for your permission to negotiate on your behalf with your creditors. Find out more about DMPs by clicking here.
